Name, email, phone, delivery address, order history and preferences. Payment details are handled by our PCI-compliant partners — we never store card numbers.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, respond to support requests, send order updates and — with your permission — share news of new drops and offers.

Who we share it with

Only trusted partners we need to fulfil your order: our payment processor, courier partners, and email/SMS service providers. Never sold, ever.

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your bag, wishlist and preferences, and to understand how the site is used. You can disable them in your browser at any time.

Your rights

You can access, update or delete your personal data any time from My Account, or by writing to hello@nancique.in — we respond within 7 business days.

Security

The site runs on 256-bit SSL. Passwords are hashed. Access to customer data is limited to authorised NANCIQUE team members.
